I am pleased to announce that the 16th European Carabidologists Meeting obtained patronage of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic, see attached: patronage. Tomáš Chalupa, the Minister, expresses in his letter his beliefs that our meeting will significantly contribute to the dissemination of knowledge necessary for sustainability of ecosystems. I believe in that too.

I am happy to announce that the registration for the 16th European Carabidologists Meeting has been open. Please visit the Registration page, read the description of the registration process and fill in the registration form. Please note that abstracts can be only submitted after we receive and identify your payment. How to write your abstract can be found on the Instruction for authors page. The first of you who successfully registers and submits his/her abstract will get special prize.
We also published updated information about the conference venue and accomodation, and post meeting tour and other related activities.
The updated information was compiled in the 2nd circular. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
